Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Noum! We want to ensure your little one’s sleepwear arrives quickly, safely, and as comfortably as it feels—so here’s how our shipping works.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once payment is confirmed.

If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (UAE)

We offer free shipping on all orders over 150 AED. 
Noum Sleepwear

For orders under 150 AED, a standard shipping fee applies (you can specify the amount here).

Expected delivery time for standard shipping: 2–4 business days within UAE, once the order is processed.

If you need your items sooner, expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping (if applicable)

We ship internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location & order size.

Customs, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times vary by country, typically 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.

Packaging & Safety

All orders are carefully packaged to protect the softness and integrity of our cotton sleepwear.

We use eco-friendly and minimal packaging where possible, while ensuring safe delivery.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS, if provided) with your tracking number.

You can track your shipment through our courier’s website or via the link we send.

If you haven’t received a tracking code within 48 hours of shipping, drop us a message and we’ll help you out.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. customs delays for international orders, extreme weather, courier disruptions).

If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll let you know as soon as possible, providing the available tracking info.

Returns, Exchanges & Damages

If your sleepwear arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for return/exchange at no extra cost.

For change-of-mind returns, you may be responsible for return shipping fees (unless otherwise agreed).
